the staff was polite and also helpful when i needed directions.

I found the room quite disappointing. The shower barely worked, with almost no water pressure at all. also, the shower gel dispenser was broken, and despite my telling someone about it, it never got fixed . the mattress was uncomfortable. I could feel every spring, and it squeaked with every movement.
